Use this tool to obtain a properly formatted Distinguished Name (DN String) from a digital certificate file. The DN String is an important data element when creating users with access to MISO's market-facing systems.
It is the responsibility of the registered customer to purchase a client-side digital certificate from one of MISO's trusted certificate authority vendors. To review the list of approved vendors, click here.
Please note that the information submitted as part of this tool uses secure sockets layer(SSL) protocol and is used only for validation of certificate.
